General thoughts on race

It seems to me, that part of the ability to assess one’s belief at any point in time is in relation to one’s own thinking, and the other person. It is best to leave oneself to such dual distinction and personal conscience.
Race is an art. Just like food tastes better with two ingredients, so does art. There is no such thing as white-lighting-only or shadow-only when taking a picture. The color of your skin as likely protects you from frostbites as from heat rashes. If you are utilitarian about the science behind the color of your skin, rather than concerned about aesthetics, there is no confusion. Smart apparels more than make up for skin color.
Racial partisanship, in contrast to cultural belonging, is the problem. Heterogeneous communities occur more often, now. Racism is often confused with primary narcissism. In a way, racism is about primary narcissism. Like it or not, a black person will be fertile. Like it or not, a white person will be fertile. Like it or not, a black person will have a prefrontal cortex. Like it or not, a white person will have a prefrontal cortex.
Similar to MBTI disarming primary narcissism, and the imposter syndrome playing a role in stigmatizing any individual - man, woman or child of any race — racism can be disarmed by cause and effect. MBTI has the effect of disarming racism. Partisanship leads to discrimination, as a rule of thumb. Despite the natural assumption of cultural belonging, cultural partisanship lead to the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China.
For science, the game has one summation: determinism versus adaptation
The gateway to racism is the ‘evil brother’ stereotype, cross-culturally, with one example being Cain and Abel. Racism is reinforced — not negotiated — by virtue of the imposter syndrome. The end goal: I don’t know what it is.
What I do know is that poverty favors a greater sentiment for Random Number Generation, coupled with a fear of missing out, in the midst of information overload, which reduces with social mobility.
Drywalling, in houses, and role models, in families, are missing. Imposter syndrome hazards like terrorist groups further hamper growth of people. If it is not terrorism, statism is blamed.
Racism is not purely a growing state of mind from mere association with people of your own skin color, than being amidst people of other colors. Mythology of a white devil is as likely as that of a black devil, culturally speaking, before the perception itself. Whatever the devil does is a personal value judgment.
Racism is politics. Politics is an infinite game. Infinite games are prime drivers of fomo — fear of missing out. Fomo can induce cortisol buildup, and increased bad behavior. This does not mean a person needs to be a savior. Stoicism, coupled with mindfulness about primary narcissism, is a good strategy.
It is absurd to think that one’s mind is only incapable of one form of racism and not capable of the other.

Employment:
Should a Black person, as a minority, gain financial support or otherwise to get a job?
Put it this way. Should a handicapped person get a prosthetic? Should a needy student require assistance? Yes. Is this politics of helping people good or bad? Good, as long as it does not neglect the other people. Should gifted programs not suit the needs of people who might jump grades? No. Who gets to choose a gifted program, or a vulnerability-supplementing program? How about choosing a job?
It is not a government which employs, but an employing body. Therefore, such employing body requires finance. Such finance pays for the gifted program or vulnerability-supplementing program. This ensures there isn’t centralized socialism, or worse.
Should a job offer be racially characterized? No. Is it guaranteed that racism hasn’t been employed as a criterium? No.
How do you know that racism is employed as a criterium?
By checking for transparency first.
Employees are not employed based on Proof-of-work contract models. Neither internal, nor external job adverts are open-source, most of the time. There is not really a way to check, other than a legal litigation.
What is the act of employment — a service rendered by the employee, or a service to the employee? It’s both. The company has its stock value and other indicators. The individual has his own skill worth and other distinguishing features. Both the individual and the company are either part of totalitarian algorithmic governance, that is, totalitarian algocracy, or they can manage to retain privacy and good behavior. Algocracy is the ‘Sybil system’ in the anime ‘Psycho Pass’, more focused on ‘good’ behavior.
Information independence is difficult, a theme for global nomads and something to look forward to for employees retiring from the prevailing technocracy. Information independence helps toward decentralization. Racism is not the best model for decentralization.
It remains true that culture is eco-geographically based, in terms of available resources to make loot and to hunt.

Life is not an MMO game. However, at the same time, even an MMO has factions. Racism cannot be eradicated, rather than mitigated.
For me, the faith of right and wrong should, at least, be distributed to the individual level, with any overlaying combination of ideologies and governance of faith and governance of execution of faith.
In ‘Anaconda’, which is a sexual song, Nikki Minaj casts herself as powerful. In ‘Roar’, Katy Perry casts herself as, again, powerful. It’s guesswork, but these songs seem to go along with female ENTJs, as much as the female ENFJs who sing them. I would not say either song is perfect. One sides with a snake. The other sides with a lion.
Posthumanism is not reality. Maybe a Martian born White in the future will have a black-skin gene injected in her DNA, if the genetic engineering hasn’t taken care of the work already. Going further into sci-fi domain, maybe someone living on Uranus, our solar system’s seventh planet, will have white skin. Should a handicapped person get a prosthetic? Saints may pretend, as they did in a Church in the past, though I don’t blame the faith. He should have the choice to get a prosthetic.
How much does one blame realism, rather than end up blaming the person himself?
At that point, it is the community’s problem and discretion, or the individualist’s problem, with his lifestyle and beliefs. In the end, is a racist a problem, or is racism a problem? It is an ideological problem of one’s faith language.
Universal law is realized by ethics, precise double-edgedness and precise assumption of growth of potential, in, rational and emotional, flow and metaphor, and objectivity of the particular law. Particular law is individualism.
